Oculasquest2 grip stuck

 so today the right grip got stuck and I'm unable to play any game with grip and I tried looking if there was any way to fix this. And so far I've got nothing does anyone have a way to fix this? And if not is there anyway to request another?

Greetings, bushbaby124. Here is a link to open a support ticket so that our team can check into maybe getting you a replacement. We are saddened to see that your controller grip is stuck and are even more hurt that you can't enjoy your games.

The product help tells me to get a replacement but it says my warranty is expired and the serial number on the controller is almost gone.  It doesn't tell me anything else 😞

Sadly the grip trigger/button has fallen off. I am now stuck with 1 game and any other game I try playing is impossible. and i cant submit a ticket because there isn't a grip trigger option and it only says warranty expired. I feel hopeless I tried fixing it but nothing. And I don't have the money for another controller 😕

Same problem as before. I followed the link and put in what was wrong but asked for the serial number for the controller. But the controllers serial number has faded away

Hello again! Oh dear, that's not cool. Thanks for providing that pic and the update. What you can do now, is contact Meta Store Support and open a support ticket or live chat explaining the issue and include a screenshot of your headset and both controller's serial numbers. The advanced team will do their best to clear this up for you!
