Hi,
my Oculus Meta 2 headset keeps shutting down on its own.
it is fully charged and no damage to the headset.
Can you please help?

When you say it's shutting down, do you mean it's turning off completely or it's going in sleep mode where you have to tap the power button to turn it back on?
If the latter, check in "Settings > System > Power" and put like 2 hours to both "auto turn-off" and "sleep mode".

The battery keeps shutting down - it disconnects from the headset after about 1/2 second

Hey there, @fizzy_jizzy2! You absolutely shouldn't have to continue with your headset continuously powering off like this, so we wanted to pop in to help out! To clarify this situation a bit, how are you charging your headset? Do you happen to be using an Elite Strap with battery at all? Lastly, when did this issue begin, and what color is the LED light on the headset when it is plugged up to charge? Keep us updated and we can continue from there!

So. I am having this same issue. The headset is fully charged. And a green light is on. Yet when we power on. It comes on and then shuts completely down. It will not stay on long enough to try any reboot. Any other suggestions ? This was bought brand new Christmas 2023 and now just started this about 2 weeks ago.
