I received an Oculus 3 for Christmas 2024. Since then I have played with it daily and love it. However, in the last several weeks, both controllers started not working when the headset is powered on. When this happens there are no green lights showing on the controllers, and the white dot doesn't show on the Oculus headset display. however, when I disconnect/reconnect the battery in either controller, they show both controllers are paired and connected. The only way that I have gotten them to, sometimes, work is to hard boot the headset while doing nothing with the controllers. When they do start to work again, the three green lights show fully powered on at 100%, all buttons work and the white dots show up. I have done all that is recommended on the user pages. However, I see no articles that describes this exact issue. Can someone please help? Dave
