So I sent in my oculus quest 2 controllers for them to fix them. And they said "we cannot fix these so we'll give you a 300$ gift card" Well I just got it today and its a Walmart one. But Walmart doesn't carry just oculus controllers. So my card it useless.
Yea, I have no idea why they gave me 300$ but I think it was to refund the WHOLE oculus (When I bought it) Now its 400$ total obv but the gift card is useless to me. Since I don't WANT to buy anything else I want my controllers.
Hey @Kerfuffle404. It can definitely be hard to game without controllers and we wouldn't want to leave you with controllers. Can you tell us if you were in contact with our support team about this issue, if so can you tell us your ticket number? Can you also tell us if you did a self serve RMA, if you did one of those, can you tell us your RMA #?
