I know there has been ongoing issues with the Desktop Application, but I think it's getting worse. The games I have managed to install, will not update. It's always the same two messages: "Sorry, we couldn't install xxxxxx. Visit Oculus support to get help." or "Sorry, it looks like your antivirus software blocked the installation of xxxxxxx"

If you haven't done so already, please go ahead and uninstall and reinstall the app from your desktop, and please remove your antivirus software before trying to install and update your games. We would love to help out here! If you haven't already, please try to repair your Oculus PC software by completing the steps below:
1.Go to www.oculus.com/setup scroll down to Oculus Rift S and click Download software.
2.Select Repair.
If Windows asks you if you’re sure you want to open this file, click Yes.
If Windows Defender prompts Windows protected your PC, click More info and then click Run anyway.
If your antivirus software restricts the file from opening, temporarily disable your AV and continue.
Please remember to re-enable your antivirus software once you've completed the repair.
3.Allow the repair process to run, download and install.
4.Launch the Oculus PC app.

I think our problem was a tad different but I found a solution that's been working for me so far. I went into my oculus files and basically deleted every single game, I left the app but none of the game data was left. Then I went into the oculus app, I added another storage drive as a download location, and deleted the one I used before. Now my games have been downloading and updating just fine
