All of a sudden all the games have been deleted from both of my headsets and I am unable to download the previous games or anything new. Uninstalled is also empty. WiFi works fine as I'm able to use the browser. I've logged out and logged in to my account. Support hasn't been able to fix so I'm trying here for any help, thanks!
Just to give an update. Support now says that my issue will be fixed "with the next software update in the coming weeks" so I don't have access to the games I've purchased until the "coming weeks". What a joke.
I had a similar issue, and connecting with the phone app got my apps back showing again.
