Oculus Go initial Setup

Hi there,

i have a big Problem: i have the Oculus Go and i have Downloaded the Meta Quest app. now my phone app won't connect through bluetooth saying "unable to find your headset" for the initial setup. The headset is stuck at "connect with phone app" . Iam using ios 16.5 . What is the solution

Same here have several oculus go devices which are now just paper weights...cheers meta

Same here. I do know though that it is also not working for oculus the oculus quest. I am pretty sure there is something wrong with the app.

I had the same problem and put in a help request. Meta has recently admitted that it is a software problem and they are working to fix it.

I talked to meta and they said it is a global problem for every device right now

I installed an older version of the "META Quest" app:
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/facebook-technologies-llc/oculus-2/oculus-2-209-0-0-6-106-release/
That solved my Problem.

I tried that yo and what do you know it works...cheers. Seems Meta has a few bugs in the latest app.
