I have been given an Oculus Go and, although I can create a Meta account, I cannot complete the set up due to the health and safety video not playing. I have seen that there was an update for IOS but I have an android. I have also done a factory reset and removed the app but still can't complete the set up. Can anyone help?
@ian.43250 you need to search online or on here for links to older versions of the mobile app and install it on your phone. The current mobile app is not compatible with older Quest and Go headsets.
