- Trying to update drivers in device manager (Windows seems to think everything is up to date)
- Newest version of Windows
- Newest chipset drivers
- Newest version of my BIOS
- Uninstalling USB 3.0 devices in Device Manager
- Disabling legacy USB in BIOS
- Enabling XHCI hand off in BIOS
I found some past posts on here and on reddit with similar issues, it's pretty frustrating especially now that Link is coming out of Beta. Can't even enjoy 90hz because it thinks it's USB 2.0.
Anyone have any suggestions? Already contacted Oculus Support

If you haven't tried restarting yet, try flipping the connector port on your pc or headset.
You could try restarting the Oculus Software under Beta, or running the OculusSetup installation File and Repair your install.
You could also try using a USB-C adapter to USB 3.0 and plug that into your motherboard. Also, make sure your cable is plugged in fully as I've sometimes found if the cable isn't plugged in fully, it detects it as USB 2.0.
I wish you all the best!

Same thing happened with my official link cable. I noticed that with part of the cable, the inside wires were twisted. Not sure if something got damaged. Just returned the cable and got another one. So far so good.
