So I've had a couple issues that have seemed to compound over the last few weeks. And at this point running games on Oculus Link are unplayable, even with suitable hardware.
To preface, I'm running an oculus Link cable to the quest two (only 2 months old) to a Asus ROG zephyrus g15 running windows 11.
Specs:
Ryzen 9 5900HS
16 gb ram
RTX 3070 laptop GPU
It used to run everything beautifully, no issues at first (even with windows 11). And then 3 weeks ago I started having Link issues - 3 black dots and then a black screen. I figured out that it would work if I disabled my igpu, which was inconvenient, but it worked.
I tried changing my 3D settings globally and for oculus exe files in Nvidia control panel as well as windows graphics settings, no luck.
Then last week, I tried running beatsaber on steam with oculus Link and the framerate is terrible (like 3 fps). I tried changing the GPU settings again with no luck, I tried resetting the laptop and a new install of steam/beatsaber, and I still have the same issue. I downgraded my RTX driver to 466.77, which still didn't work.
At this point I'm at a loss of what the issue is, I feel like I've searched everywhere for both issues with no luck. If anyone has run into the same problems, or knows a solution, it would be a huge help.

I know I’m extremely late but I’m having the exact same issue, any solution?
