I just got the 3m Fasgear cable off of Amazon and I'm having trouble getting link to work properly.
At first I got USB 3 with 1.9Gps of bandwidth. Now though, after several reboots of both headset and computer, I can only get USB 2 connectivity. I've tried on both the front panel and the motherboards IO-panel (both är USB 3.1 Gen 2 on a Gigabyte Aorus G7 motherboard).
I also, quite often, get "connection error". However, I'm able to enter link on the headset despite that.
I have also tried with the Oculus power cable and a USB-C to USB-A cable from OnePlus. Same results there.
Any idea what could be wrong? I'm about to return the headset as I only got it for PCVR, which clearly isn't working very well.

Thank you for your answer, I have already tried the Oculus Home beta (27) and the current one (26) but I think I found where the problem is.
Oculus Quest 2 updated itself to firmware version 27 in the last days automatically. With version 26 it was working fine.
I found out there is plenty of people with the exact same problem right after the update:

Facebook seems to be aware of the issue but so far no news

Same problem for me... Just purchased 2 new computers and still have the problem with the "Official Occulus Link Cable". Other cables work just fine
