Oculus Mirror Stabilization turns of when turning

NeptuneTV

When I am using the Oculus Mirror Software once I do about a 180 degree turn the stabilization in the software stops working. If I turn back around it will start working again some of the time and other times I have to completely disable and reenable image stabilization. Is there any fix for this??

Good day, NeptuneTV! We are sad to hear that your Oculus Mirror Stabilization device shuts off when you turn it on. We have been in your position before and want to provide you with the support you need. Please allow us to investigate this further so we can get you back in the action.

  1. When did you first notice this problem?
  2. Have you attempted resetting your internet and headset?

I apologize, I never saw a notification I got responded to. My device is not shutting off however the stabilization effect in the oculus mirror software stops working. The video is stabilized until I turn to a certain point then reverts back as if there is not stabilization at all. It has been an ongoing issue since I started using the Oculus mirror software. I've tried it through Air Link and Wired, different internet connections, resetting my headset and internet, etc. to no avail.

Thanks very much for getting back to us, @NeptuneTV! We also appreciate the details you've provided here, next we'll want to review your logs which we can't do through the forums here. So please reach out to us through the Meta Store Support website and we'll do everything we can to get this resolved for you. We'll be looking forward to hearing from you!

the video is about how to reproduce the problem, like the dude said, it's all about turning.

Thanks very much for providing that video, @duwei2see! This is looking like a bug report situation from what we can tell, this will get more information on this to our engineers so they can make improvements in future updates. We appreciate the feedback and patience!
