Oculus Mirror settings to look like this???

Talked to the streamer...using a Valve Index.  He said he configured the view from his Steam VR settings, there's an option to select "VR View both eyes with right eye or left eye dominant"

For reference here's the best I've been able to get my stream to look like with oculus mirror: twitch.tv/videos/529824564?t=01h50m47s
It looks absolutely amazing compared to what I can get with oculus mirror since it only lets you use left eye or right eye...does anyone know if there are launch settings to replicate this kind of view that I'm unaware of??

I would love this too, I have tested the SteamVR new Mirror and it's awesome as hell, hard to replicate on Oculus Mirror, but I'm going to start messing with the settings on the OM to see what I can get.

edit: Look up on Google: oculus mirror parameters and you'll find the settings to mess with it

I actually did a VS between Oculus Mirror with the standard FOV vs SteamVR Mirror with BothEyesLeftDominant (as well as right) and the Oculus Mirror has more FOV than SteamVRMirror.

Do you have a link and settings so I can compare?

je7e1ov7smvx.jpegTried my best to compare them both, Oculus Mirror was ONLY using --LeftEyeOnly, While SteamVR was using BothEyesLeftEyeDominant, you can see the Oculus Mirror has a slight advantage on the Horizontal, but the Vertical, it seems like the Mirror is slightly higher, whereas the SteamVR one is slightly lower, so it's preference at this point, I never compared them both till you made this post, but now that I did, the Oculus Mirror is better imo.

OCULUS MIRROR IS LEFT - STEAMVR MIRROR IS RIGHT (BOTH FULLSCREEN)

So I would just go to Oculus Mirror, create a shortcut and then edit that shortcut and make it either left eye, or eight eye only, I didn't touch anything else on it. The only downside I dislike is that whenever you move your head fast, or the fps is low, you can see the mirror reflects that, so the edges start to move, if you know what I mean.

Here are my settings, I didn't know the DisableTimeWarp removed the border shimmer thing, but hey lol now it's perfect

--IncludeSystemGui --LeftEyeOnly --DisableTimewarp --DisableFovStencil --Size 1280 720

--Size 1920 1080 --FovTanAngleMultiplier 1.3 1.3 --DisableTimewarp --RightEyeOnly --DisableFovStencil --IncludeSystemGui --IncludeNotifications

The 1.3 1.3 increases the FOV. I think past 1.4 it's too wide iirc and 1 is default.
