I just received an Oculus Go from a friend, but the health and safety video gets stuck. The support staff are incredibly unhelpful. All they do is ask for a receipt, factory reset of hardware, search for an older version of the app, or delete and redownload the app. I am at my wits' end trying to resolve this issue without any luck. Does anyone know a workaround?
