I was trying to change the OpenXR runtime to oculus by going to the Meta Quest Link software, but the button to change it to the Oculus runtime doesn't work. It is not greyed out or disabled, but pressing it does nothing. I decided to check the files, and I found out that I don't even have the Oculus folder in C:\Program Files (x86). I'm pretty sure the OpenXR runtime files are stored somewhere in C:\Program Files (x86)\Oculus, but I can't seem to find the folder on my computer. I reinstalled the Meta Quest Link app, and it still never showed up. Any help would be appriciated

The file that selects the Oculus XR runtime is C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\oculus_openxr_64.json
(It's in Program Files, not Program Files (x86))
This is the file that the WIndows registry points to to choose between VR platforms like SteamVR, WMR and Oculus (they each have a .json file) The button to switch to Oculus for OpenXR just changes the registry to point to that file.
The library itself that implements OpenXR is at C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\LibOVRRTImpl64_1.dll
