Oculus PC app won't install

Hello, I've tried to install the Oculus App for the PC and nothing happens.

Specs:

AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor 4.01 GHz

16gb RAM

GEForce GT 1030

Setup Log:

[Debug] [1/16/2022 1:26:02 PM] Starting up _OculusSetup v1.16.0.0.
[Fatal] [1/16/2022 1:26:02 PM] Unhandled exception!

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

I would greatly appreciate some help! Thanks.

not enough gpu for the app.

1030 is an unsupported card, and cpu is vastly not supported.
