Bought officially, cannot remove email so I perform a factory reset, the headset enters a reboot loop, and after 10 minutes it crashes, and never powers on, nor does it show ANY signs of power, I am not using any third-party accessories, and the headset is in mint-condition.
I have tried using numerous chargers, including the that came with the headset, and it will not charge, or show signs of power, even when it did so yesterday.
I want a refund, or a replacement model of equal or greater value, don't respond if you have nothing helpful to say - speaking to support, that is...
THIS COULD'VE BEEN A DECENT CHRISTMAS GIFT.... WHY?

there's an issue with a current update that's causing the headsets to be unresponsive. Please keep your eye on the thread below for any official updates from meta. Add your voice to the thread.
