Oculus Quest 2 Cuts Out Laptop's Internet

Hi,

The laptop is connected to the modem via ethernet cable. Quest 2 is connected to the modem with 5ghz.

When I launch the laptop via Oculust air link, the connection is disconnected after working smoothly for a while. In fact, at this moment, the laptop's internet connection is cut off. Then it comes back on its own. I do not have such a problem when the laptop is connected to wifi, but the connection is very bad. As recommended, I connected the laptop to the modem via ethernet, but now I'm dealing with this problem. Any help?

Could you let us know if you're experiencing any internet problems when using an ethernet cable without using Link/Air Link?

  •  Try a different user on the same laptop
  • Do you have this issue with the Link cable? 
  • Restart your Router
