Hello, Someone is selling brand new Oculus Quest 2 which he won in some kind of competition. Therefore he has no proof of purchase, yet he said that the guarantee will be valid when I will turn on the Oculus Quest for the 1st time and link it to my Oculus account. Sounds suspicious to me, so I'm looking for someone to tell me if it is however true
It should work fine with your oculus/facebook accounts but without a proof of purchase you are unlikely to have any warranty. You'll still get technical support of course. Cheers.
