Oculus Quest 2 + SteamVR very low performance (45 fps)

Hello,

I tried to use Oculus Quest 2 with SteamVR, but unfortunately it often drops to 45fps even at lobby. 

I have notebook with RTX 3070 (140W), Ryzen 7 5800h, 32 GB ram, fast SSD. Which I think is enough, but on Air Link or even on Oculus Link the performance is same.

I Tried changing resolutions and refresh rate in SteamVR / Oculus App on PC / game resolution. Changing details level (very low details at Half Life : Alyx have same performance as Ultra), changing launch options at Steam, but nothing worked.

Is there anything else I can try?
