I have been trying to fix this since yesterday, Every time I power on I get this graphic followed by the horizon logo then just a blank screen with the backlight on, No sound. I have tried all the steps given to me through the live chat and nothing is working. I have only had the headset for 18 months and it’s died on me already!

is there a fix for this?

@HXJXC You may be able to resurrect the headset by removing the six small screws from the inner face shield and removing the inner face shield. Then remove the six small screws that hold the front plate in place. Unclip the front face plate, undo the single screw holding the battery connector bracket and disconnect the battery. Hold all the headset buttons down to discharge any capacitors. Refit the battery connector and test to see if the headset is working. There are several teardown videos on youtube showing the Quest 2 teardown.
