I did all the suggestions my online friends gave and by watching youtube videos and lastly I did try to get into boot menu by holding down power and volume down button at the same time but, the boot menu did not show up on the VR headset - After doing that, my VR headset will not turn on and no LED light on when plugged into charger and not charging. Please help! I got this quest 2 last year 2023 Christmas gift but been used.

Did you ever get a solution to this? My daughter's Meta quest 2 is doing the same thing and I can't find a fix anywhere. She has had it since Christmas too
