Oculus Quest 2 not recognizing paired controllers

Hi! I’m having some issues with my oculus quest 2. I had my oculus at first have a boot loop issue where when it was turned on, it was stuck on the booting screen, and kept restarting.

I ended up fixing the issue by factory resetting the headset, but by doing so, my controllers were unpaired. It was back to its OG set up, asking me to pair the controllers, I tried turning my controllers in pairing mode and keep them visible for the VR, but but this didn’t work. Then, I proceeded to connect them via the oculus app, which said they were paired to the VR. But when I checked my VR, it was still asking to pair controllers. I have also tried another set of controllers, since my brother also has a quest 2, and my controllers connected to his VR just fine. However my VR wouldn’t recognize his controllers, but the app would.

I have had some issues with my oculus and know it has been through a bit, but I’m not sure if there’s some other solutions that I’m not aware of? If I can’t fix the problem, I just plan on buying either a used headset or a new one on Amazon. But I’d like to try and figure out what’s wrong.
