I purchased an Oculus Quest 2, with the intention of playing the game Pavlov which I own on Steam. I then purchased the game Pavlov Shack on the Quest Store, mistakenly thinking it was the same game
When I launch the game, I am unable to interact with the EULA screen. My hands are still able to interact and detect my game boundaries, but the game is showing the controllers at my feet and not moving at all. I have tried reinstalling the game and nothing seems to make the game work.
I tried to resort to playing instead Pavlov via my PC
I tried to connect the Quest 2 to Steam using the steam link app. I can discover my PC but then it just fails to connect. Also i tried the Quest Link app on my PC, which discovers the headset but is still unable to connect.
My PC is connected to my modem via a powerline adapter
I plugged the Quest 2 into my PC and it's still unable to connect .
After a long day of troubleshooting too many possibilities, the fact I cannot get any of about 4 different variations here to work is exhausting and deeply frustrating. The connection failures in both cases just time out, they give me no information why they are not succeeding.
