So our oculus quest 2 started kicking us off in the middle of the games saying it was unable to run games and go to some website. We did that and decided to factory reset it. After the factory reset, now we can’t get any games to install. They download to the installing then it just runs for hours. How do I fix this? My kids are driving me insane because they want to play on it!

Could you please provide a picture or screenshot of what you are seeing when trying to redownload your games?
When you are downloading your games, are you using a secure Wi-Fi network with limited users on it?
Does it show any progress being made at all when downloading, or is it stuck at a certain point during the download?
