After months of non-use I charged my quest 2 headset. After receiving a green light on the headset I pressed the power button. The headset turned on and the Meta logo floated on the screen for about 30 minutes then the screen went blank. I did a boot from the headset menu. After that the headset went dark. Now there is no charge light when I attempt to charge and it is unresponsive when attempting to use the power button or the headset menu buttons. I have tried multiple charging cords and heads without success.
Any help getting me back up and running is appreciated.
there's an issue with a current update that's causing the headsets to be unresponsive. Please keep your eye on the thread below for any official updates from meta. Add your voice to the thread.
