Found the rear head support was not attached and a small screw apparently fell out. I'm sure I can fix this if I could get a new screw. Where can one find this?
Meta do not supply spare parts, however. If you contact Meta Quest support I'm sure they will sort you a replacement through their warranty programme. If it is out of warranty, I would still have a chat and see if there is anything they can do. head here I would click the chat logo that will appear in the lower right
Alternatively, bring it back to the shop you got it from (could be quicker)
