I had problems nearly from the beginning with the joystick of one of my controllers (right) which reduced the possibilities and fun in some games and now the other one has a broken ring (left). For months and years now I was not able to find a replacement for the first one, which was quite frustrating. Is there any possibility to get a replacement for both controllers without having to buy a new oculus VR? Thanks for any good ideas and referrals.
Hiya @Beny_zh, we see you are looking into a replacement for your Meta Quest headset. We know having a janky controller is never fun and can affect your gameplay quality, asn we understand the importance for you to obtain new ones!
So that we can try to resolve the right controller, can you please attempt the following troubleshooting:
Remove the controller battery for at least 10 minutes.
Replace the battery with a fresh battery.
Recalibrate your controllers.
From your headset, select Settings.
Select Controller Settings.
Under Joystick Deadzone and Range, select the joystick you're having an issue with.
Follow the on-screen instructions to recalibrate the joystick deadzones.
Note: When your controllers are turning on, make sure the joysticks are resting in their neutral position.
