Oculus Quest- Left lens completely black

Left lens suddenly went black, can still see through right lens and headset still works as intended. Have rebooted already with no success.

Hey there! We know how this can be quite troublesome and we want to help you get to the bottom of this. You mentioned you tried rebooting your device, and we thank you for providing us with that information. It definitely helps us with what to do next. Could you please try performing a factory reset? This wipes everything off your Meta Quest 2 or Meta Quest and returns it to the software state that it was in when you first took it out of the box. If after doing the factory reset you are still having these display issues, please do not hesitate to submit a support ticket. When submitting a support ticket, please make sure to include pictures of the blacked out lens and include all details regarding your issue. Thanks! We hope you find this information helpful.
