Oculus Quest USB 3 problem

as you can see I obviously have USB 3 ports but no matter what I plug it into it always shows up as USB 2 the cable works it has been used before and works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated

same problem here, i have also another computer where i used to play with the same cable and i get the same error..

I have the same problem. I think it comes from a recent update because it worked before

Same problem here, looks like its common
