My quest link has been extremely laggy and choppy, eventually crashing. I cant even move my hands. My computer starts lagging as well and really slow while its connected. I don't think its a problem with the headset itself because it works normally outside of quest link. I've tried a ton of stuff and none of it works, like uninstalling the quest app completely and factory resetting my headset. This problem has been going on for months and still dont know how to fix.

Let's go ahead and figure out how to get your Quest Link running properly again, first, we'd like to ask you to make sure your PC reaches the requirements to use Meta Quest Link. Also so we can get a clearer picture, what error messages do you see, if any? Is the USB cable connected to USB 3 port?
