Hi,
Today I tried to start my Oculus CV1 and suddenly I am prompted by a meta login window. Guessing the software was updated and is now not letting me login. I entered my details but I'm not sure if they are correct so I clicked forgot password but it never sends a reset code email to my account. I have had to create a temporary account here to post this support request. I can't log a support ticket as it doesn't recognise my CV1 serial number.
Please help to change my account password and also change my email to a different address.

Firstly, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the reset code. You can also try resetting your password from a different browser.
