Oculus Rift - Can't reach oculus runtime service

Got this problem when i try to start the OculusClient application.
I searched online for a a solution and i see i'm not the first with this kind of problem.
I have already tried the common solutions like

  1. uninstalling and reainstalling the program again ;
  2. stopping and restarting the OVRService (Oculus VR Runtime Service) 

but no luck. 

How to solve this ? What kind of information you need to help me ? Is there a tecnical support i can contact ?

I'm using a windows 10 64bit with Nvidia Quadro NVS 295 (updated driver before installation of Oculus rift) + Displayport to HDMI adapter

I have the same problem. Non of the above ideas workt out for me. Installation/Restarting sevice....nothing works. Support?

Same here! Never tried this before and none of the suggested fixes are working!

And why occulus support doesn't help?

Same problem here!

Have reinstalled the oculus software
Restart/stopping service
Running it through admin command prompt.

Multimilionare company that is a father of smaller company, Oculus.

Shuts down globally the ability to use their VR because of... Forgetting to put updated certificate in latest update.

Guys, don't worry though. Their main IT department is stationed in US, by the time i'm writing it, it's probably 8-9AM for them, they just woke up to see the world burn, just give them an hour or two

This is also the very reason why there is no response from the support, their workday barely started
