I installed the Hardware and the llight on the oculus was blue. I could see a Piece of my Desktop in the oculus.
Then I installed the Oculus runtime. It said successfully, I restarted my PC after the restart the light was orange!
When starting the Configuration Utility, it is disabled (everything on its form).
It says "The oculus Service is not available".
When starting the rift it says:
There is a Problem with your Installation. OVRService is NOT connected! And there is always everything disabled.
I remove the runtime, restarted, and the light was blue again! I installed it again and the the last one before the latest, and the light is orange again! :oops:
If no runtime installed, in my Display Settings I see a 2nd device, if it is installed, the light is orange and there is no 2nd device!
So it will not really work behind a corporate firewall?
