Oculus Rift No Sound

Lost sound in the right ear piece first and then no sound at all. Updated Nvidia drivers, Oculus Rift drivers, disconnected and reconnected, uninstalled and reinstalled Oculus software. Still not working. Am going to try the HP headset that I have to see if it works. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Oh and Merry Christmas!

If you could please answer some questions to help us better understand the issue you are facing and determine the troubleshooting steps to provide. 

Please answer the following:

  • When you tried your HP headset, were you able to hear the audio with no issue? 
  • Are you experiencing this audio issue with all games or just a specific game? 
  • When was the last time the audio was working fine?

I was able to hear all with the HP headset on all games. I think it is an issue with the cable. Thank you for your support.

I have not resolved this issue. Please let me know if you can send me a new cable for my Oculus Rift. Thank you for your support.
