Oculus Rift S - Random Crashes - Meta Support doesn't care

Hello there.

I got a new PC with the following config and my VR headset crashes randomly:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
  • Sapphire Radeon RX 7800 XT PURE
  • Asus Prime B650-Plus
  • Be Quiet! Straight Power 850W Platinum
  • 32Go RAM Corsair

So, clearly, for me, it's not a hardware problem but a software problem.

I contacted Meta Support and they just keep closing my request and mark it as resolved. I re-opened it three times and they didn't closed it the last time but they just not respond (absolutely not assuming their softwares?)

Problems:

  • The Oculus randomly crashes (the image goes from animated to a fix image, then the sound cracks and the screens become black)
  • It happens every 10sec to 1min.
  • I had the same problem on my old PC, but curiously, it doesn't affect a friend's computer, so it's not my headset.

 

And i already tried:

  • Doing a clean install (uninstalled, deleted all the folders named Oculus or Oculus Client in %appdata% (roaming, local and locallow, rebooted my computer and installing from a fresh file from Meta's website)
  • Updating my BIOS and my GPU/Graphic Card drivers
  • Disabling the USB selective suspension
  • Voodoo things...

It didn't worked.

This problem apart, my PC's doing well, so:

What's happening?

Help.

My bad i know why they weren't responding and closing my request.

It's because there is already a request in waiting.

I already contacted support and they're seeing if they can procees to an exchange with my deficious headset.
