Hello everybody. I have a problem with my Oculus Rift (not Rift s): it doesn't show anything.
I haven't used it for some months, last time used in november i guess and it worked; but few days ago I started the app, and it's simply all black. But i can hear the sound (the melody usually playing in the home). I've already tried to update NVIDIA drivers, i've deleted and re-downloaded the Meta Link app... nothing works.
@agopao are you getting the orange light in the headset and does it turn white when you put your finger near it. Is the headset detected and connected as USB 3 and HDMI in the link software under devices. Is there any damage or kinks in the Rift cable, as these can fail.

The orange light turns white when putting the headset on (or the finger to cover it). The headset is connected to HDMI and USB 3.0, as always. I can't detect any damage of the cable, event pulling it out.
@agopao can you run the oculus mirror app to see if there's anything on the PC monitor that's not showing up in the headset when you start the link app and hear the music.

Just done, but the mirroring doesn't start, even if the headset is linked to the app. But if i try to open the headset settings in the mirroring app, a banner with "Your headset is not linked" appears. Thus, i keep on hearing the soung through the earphones.
