Oculus Rift orange light

Hello,

It was a pain to setup my oculus rift on my Windows 10 PC, I had this orange light issue but after unplug/plug the cable from the headset it worked.

But now, it happened again. Same issue and unpluging/pluging the headset did not work this time.

When I try to configure my VR headset, HDMI connection is endlessly loading (USB 3.0 is fine)

I tried to switch HDMI port on my GPU, to only use 1 screen, to reboot, etc. But definitely nothing is working and I have no clear message to help me.

How can I make it work or at least know the root cause of this issue ?
