Hello all. Have problems that my PC shutdown randlomly, mostly in games, VR or regular ones

In EventViewer it's usually last message with some error with OVRservice and ETW USB tracing error eith code 0xC00000022, than the next one is KernelPower system

Till now I tried changing RAM, also PSU from 750W to 850W, new BIOS, resetted bios few times, tried with XMP off, reinstalled Win 11.

Have all latest drivers, installed just Steam, iRacing, Shatterline, Fortnite, Oculus SW, Fanatec drivers and support apps, really nothing special, but again, i still getting shutdows.

Reinstalled Windows a week ago, running all non-VR games normally through the week, then I went to install Oculus SW, and a few hours later, PC crashes when my doughter started to play Fortnite.

So it must be something connected to Quest SW, but cant figure what.

My sytem is

12700k

32GB DDR4 3600

Asus Prime Wifi D4 Z690

Asus TUF OC Dual 3070 8GB

Asus TUF 750W/Corsair 850W

M2 Samsung 980PRO

M2 Corsair M510

...

Temps aren't issue.
