Oculus Setting up Error

I'm having trouble setting up and signing in into my oculus account. I tried using my Facebook account but in the end when it asks to type and email to verify, I get the error "unsupported post request". Then I try setting up with an oculus account instead of Facebook, but it says "No network connection". I've tried creating many Facebook account but none of them work.

Firstly, please ensure that your phone is connected to the internet and that you have the most up-to-date version of the Meta Quest phone app installed. If you continue to experience difficulties, we suggest trying to sign in on our website directly. Simply click here to access the sign-in page. If you are using an older Oculus account, remember to select the "sign in with Oculus" option located at the bottom.

I've tried all that was mentioned but nothing changed. The problem is not with the app Meta Quest but with the app Oculus that is automatically installed once my mobile connects to the vr. I've set up an oculus account on my desktop, with the same email I have as my meta account so it asks to link them together. When I confirm my details and select "Link and Continue" nothing happens.
