Hello,
I need help from Meta please.
I can't login to the Meta quest app with my account because I receive the attached error. I am unable to open a support ticket as the serial number for my Oculus Rift does not work. I did have an oculus account link to my same email but I believe it has been deleted now (I haven't used it in a year or so). Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with the Meta Support Team, we see you are having issues logging in via the Meta Quest app.
One thing that seems to work particularly well for PC logging in issues would be to clear your Web browser cache and cookies.
Once you've done that, reopen the browser and try it again.
If not, get in touch with us here again and we can look into the issue further!

That has worked thank you. Do you know if there is a way to retrieve the purchases I made on my oculus account, and add them to my new meta account please?
