Oculus app doesn't detect Quest 3 anymore

Until a week ago Quest Link with cable worked perfectly for me, now the Oculus application does not detect my Quest 3 so I cannot start Quest Link, I have only managed to get it to detect them on a couple of occasions when I close the application with the task manager and I open it again, but even though I try to use Quest link I get the three dots for a few seconds and it returns me to the previous screen, if I disconnect the cable and reconnect it it does not detect the Quest again. I have tried resetting both Quest and PC, reinstalling and repairing the Oculus application, reinstalling drivers and the Public Test Channel Beta. Does anyone know any solution?

Hello, I managed to solve it a few hours ago, the problem was in version 551.61 of Nvidia GeForce, so downgrading to version 551.52 has solved it.

Hey there, @Iker9080! We want to help you get Meta Quest Link working again so that you can get back to enjoying PCVR!

Let's have you try the following:

  1. Ensure all cables are properly plugged into the PC in the right ports. For your Meta Quest 3 it will be via USB-C 3.0
  2. Reseat the cable on both the headset side and the side that plugs into the GPU and inspect it for damage such as bent pins, frays, twists, kinks, etc. Please let us know if you find any damages.

Also if you can, try the following to help us confirm that the port on your PC is still working:

  • Test another device on the same port
  • Test the headset on another port
  • Test the headset on another PC if possible

Please let us know if any of the above steps helped you out or if you still need some assistance!
