Redeem code for RE4 was rejected in my Oculus app on my phone, I scanned the QR code and it worked on the site it directed me to. Issue is although it worked the games not showing on my app or headset.

I am also having this same problem. I’ve rechecked the code several times, I’ve entered it both under my profile and under the Resident Evil 4 redeem page. Code does not work

How many times have you entered it?
Did you enter the code with the same account you activated the headset with ?
Have you checked the game library in your headset?
Checked the webstore to see if it's downloadable from there?
