I've had this error for 2 months over many updates. I'm aware that its related to controller low battery but that is absolutely not a solution and this issue should've been pressed and fixed THE FIRST DAY IT HAPPENED. 2 months later i still cant even WEAR the headset because it IMMEDIATELY freezes and bricks, requiring a hard reboot. I've missed 5 different cash-prize sim races so it's even affecting my livelihood.
Windows 10.. i have factory reset the headset, i have reinstalled all oculus software, i have posted bug reports. do not even THINK about telling me to post bug reports. you know about this problem and choose not to fix it.
I'm not even here to ask for a fix for myself, I'm here to tell Oculus that after complete devotion since DK1, i am switching to HP. because those headsets actually work. I am floored by the incompetence and poor customer service of Oculus and after this many years i see now that you won't get any better, only worse. so i give up.
