m just tired off chatting and on call support bur found nothing from them. They just suggested that you should go for Replacement and buy it. We not have any technical and software related expertise to help you out. Most of representatives did not know is the Oculus Go comes with 1 controller or 2. How can i expect any technical assistance from you. So Disappointed.

have done factory reset my Oculus Go and and now its controller did not pairing. Battery tricks done, apps uninstall and re-install done. Controller light stay stable for 5 seconds and then turned off. It seems like my device not picking the controller. I also make sure that after factory reset the headset update process also completed and initial tutorial screen also appeared in headset screen. But unfortunately i could not get it past without controller.
As per Oculus app instructions, initial device setup completed with wifi selection, but by pressing both back and oculus button from the controller not giving any light. Struggling from last 02 weeks and cannot found any solution even Oculus support also. I have hundred of support tickets.
