Oculus has detected a problem with your graphics drivers

Hi all!  I just got my Quest 3 today and am having issues playing PCVR games.  I got it to work for like 5 mins before I realized I didn't have SteamVR installed.  I closed everything out, downloaded SteamVR, restarted my laptop and the Quest 3 and now I am in just constant loops of my headset not wanting to load PCVR.  When I open the settings for the Quest Link it says my laptop is compatible.  I have done multiple wipes of my graphics drivers in safe mode using DDU.  Reinstalled Geforce Experience and the latest drivers.  Still no luck!!  Here are my specs:

MSI Katana A15

Windows 11

AMD Ryzen 9 8945HS w/ Radeon 780m integrated graphics 4GHz

32GB RAM

Nvidia RTX 4070 laptop GPU

I have even tried disabling the iGPU in device manager and going into the Nvidia control panel to set both global and specific application settings to use the high performance(4070) gpu and still doesn't work.  I have also tried via Airlink and the link cable included with the Quest 3.  To say this is frustrating is a massive understatement lol.  Please help!

@Cydone  first of all, make sure your PC meta software and your headset are updated to the latest version .

If that doesn't work , have a look at the SteamLink and Virtual Desktop apps on the meta store which should allow you to stream PCVR to the headset.
