I turn on the headset and the meta symbol shows but then the screen blinks black a couple of time and red typing says that the android software is unable to load. And gives the options to try to load it again or do a factory reset. I don’t want to reset this and lose all of my apps. Can anyone help
please.

Hey there, @victor.ascencio! Thanks so much for sharing your experience with the community. We certainly know how it feels when it seems our devices are stuck, and we're ready to lend a hand! To catch us up to speed, we've listed a few questions for you below:
With that said, while a Factory Reset will clear the data off your headset, all your purchases are tied to your account and not your device. Should you complete a factory reset, all your games and purchases will be available to re-download as long as you sign into the same account.
