Hi my meta quest 2 headset has been working better then ever but since the meta merging account thing it has not been letting me change my meta horizon account profile picture to my facebook profile picture its always saying *error there was a error while trying to import your facebook picture * can anyone help me please ?

Are you able to change your profile picture to one of the defaults, or a picture from your phone? Or do you get an error doing that as well?
If you're only having issues with choosing a picture from your Facebook, it's possible that there could be an issue with the linking of your Facebook to your account. If that is the case, go ahead and PM us so that we can get some info from you to look into this further on our end.

I can’t change my profile to a custom profile picture on the app It just loads and then just shows and profile picture I had before I really need help on this.
I’ve also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, closing opening, even going to the website to try and change it, but every time I go to change my profile picture it loads for about two seconds before changing to what it was previous. And it’s truly anoyying me now because it’s no warning or alert either, what do I do?
I have tried using a facebook photo even one of the suggested photos and it just goes back to the old photo it is quite annoying as this old photo brings back some bad memories so please help me fix this issue
