Oculus not connecting to my account

Hello, I have had my occukus for about 4 months now and about a week ago when I logged on I would get the connecting to occulus error and my account icon wouldn't load along with all games on that account. On my 2nd account it works as normal but all games I have bought are on this account

 Had anyone had something simular or know a solution, thanks!

Hey Asanchez123! We noticed you having an issue getting into your main Oculus account and would love to help! 


We do have a couple of clarifying questions to ask:


  • Did you at any point change the Facebook/Oculus account password? 
  • Are your mobile app and headset connected to the same WiFi? 
  • Are you able to see your library in the mobile/PC app?


Along with this, we do have a couple of steps to test out:


  1. Uninstall the mobile app.
  2. Reboot your headset.
    • Turn off the headset.
    • Hold the Power and Volume Down buttons together until the boot menu loads.
    • Use the Volume Buttons to highlight Boot Device and press the Power Button.
  3. Reinstall your mobile app.
