I sent my headset battery pack for my Quest 2 in late September as the two small screws fell out of the cushion piece at the back of your head.
I started this darn fiasco on September 29th of 2024. Support kept asking me to provide the same information multiple times for a few days which I had supplied the first time, I asked for a replacement to be sent first before I return the headset and that was denied.
I was told to send my headset in and they would send me a replacement. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REPLACEMENT YET.
I’ve been reaching out to Support weekly for the past month and a half and I keep getting told the same story they have escalated it and someone will be in touch with me within a few days.
This is complete BS and they have in essence stolen my headset.
Their service sucks and I will never buy another Oculus product ever again in my life.
I guess the only thing I can do now is blast this message out throughout social media so that people don’t get stuck with their product when it breaks by something different.

Amazing….still no response from any yahoo at Meta. Geeze your support for your products SUCK
